"This place was great and the service from all the staff was excellent. Aziz at reception was very helpful. Great location, walking distance from the Cathedral and most of the main sights. Great interior and comfortable bed. The main reception hotel is a 5 min walk away but you can contact them by phone. The Wifi is good and the breakfast in the hotel is also good. "Overall, it was a great stay. We were on a Main Street across from the cathedral with access to everything we needed. However, despite being on a busy street, things calmed down at night, so there was no disruption while we slept. The property managers were very responsive and kind. They were there to assist us with any questions or accommodations needed in a timely manner. We would come there again if we were back in Seville."

"This hotel is essentially brand new. Beautiful old architecture with modern interiors. Comfy bedding, clean rooms and baths, great rain shower heads, beautiful marble and tile appointments and tasteful design. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Free drinks in room fridge and snacks. Breakfast is the best I’ve had at any hotel in Europe. I can’t recommend this hotel more. "
