The property is well maintained and provided everything we needed. The town has very limited dining options and is declining. If you are staying in Hot Sulphur Springs, I recommend this motel. It isn't fancy but it provides the necessities.

This place is so cozy and our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Love the ease of pulling right up to the front door. Made for loading and unloading our ski stuff super easy.

Throwback motel - quaint. Lady at front desk so sweet. View from our room amazing. Full kitchenette was nice to have. Not many dining options in town but hot Sulphur springs spa nearby was great!

Very nice owner. We forgot a book and she shipped it immediately to our home address. Fresh bakes cookies. Clean and crisp linen. Perfect little spot to stop by on the way.

Lodging in the entire area is expensive, but it was definitely a bummer to pay such a high price for such a basic motel. It didn't seem like anything had been updated in the past 15 years. Old bedding, fixtures in bathroom were loose, and there is no convenient spot to walk pets on the property.

It was in a good location and affordable priced. It did not have sufficient parking. We had to park on the road. Extremely small room. Bathroom was extremely small. You could brush your teeth from the toilet. Only one outlet worked. The front desk closes at 9 pm so there was no one to contact. I would recommend paying extra to get the room with the kitchen. It may be larger.

I try to stay in low cost motels that are not disgusting. I also expect running water, working A/C and or heater, working fridge and tv. This one was clean with a working tv and fridge. My beef is that (applies only the room I stayed in - I did not see any other rooms) it is a very small room by cheep motel standards with no A/C and the price was quite a bit more than my prior rooms cost me during my 2 weeks in Colorado. I did not consider the possibility of no A/C when I booked it. In fairness A/C is not listed under amenities if you look closely b4 you book it. Nor as far as I see is the room size. (Less than 150 sf - my rough estimate)
