"rooms were not ready until exact checkin time which created a cluster and wait in the lobby for everyone. I did not receive my VIP bottle of wine as promised and the rooms don't feel as plush as they did before the remodel."

"The room was clean but had a smell, maybe from dampness and AC. No extra bedding in the room, which would’ve been useful for our stay with 4 ppl in the room. Easy check in and check out.
