"Air conditioning was broken in our king suite and the hotel was booked solid but they gave us a standard double queen and bumped the reservation from a guest who hadn’t checked in yet (poor folks). When we got to the room, one of the beds had already been slept in but we had no other options so we slept in the other one. If you like a nice hot shower, let that dream die here, the water doesn’t get very hot and there’s not enough water pressure to even make it to the shower head. There is a $100...

"Upon our arrival it was a pile of ants above the door, crawling the walls, roof and door. I went to the office and was told to spray outdoor spray. No one every asked us if that resolved the bugs, if we were still having an issue, had we seen anything else. Absolutely noting. The walls are thin. You hear everything poor nsulation. You can't use tap and pay and they charge an extra $10 if paying in cash. They want you to book online/reserve online. "

"Lobby had trash that was left, smell as soon as you walk in, staff at desk was in back for attest 10 minutes before he came to check us in, dirt in hallways, room dingy, smelly, and hotel needs renovations. Air was not working properly and another guest must have been up all night slamming door. If it was not for the fact that it was midnight when we stopped and I’m not familiar with Houston, I would have definitely left. This hotel was not represented well online at all "

Bedford arrival I called around 9:30pm stating “we would be later than expected and is it okay if we can get still get our keys before midnight” the lady and the front desk who answered said “yes as long as your here by 2am you will be fine”. "The kitchen and full size fridge is what sold us! Room was clean, bedding was nice and soft, beds were pretty comfortable as well. Would stay again! "
