"The room was clean, and we liked that there was no carpet. But, None of the lamps worked in the room. We arrived close to midnight and realized that there were no bath towels. When we called room service, we were told to go down to the lobby. Then, there was no soap in the shower. Hotel is located next to I-10, and you could hear the traffic all night when the A/C would turn off. Breakfast is very basic. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Katy. The hotel itself is very clean, in a good area. The breakfast was good enough. I always had a good parking spot even when coming in pretty late. There is a Walmart and restaurants close by. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. "

"The front desk team member from last night made this a hotel me nor my family will forget . He was very welcoming , and made the check in experience as smooth as possible . Rooms are nice and spacious ! Loved the bathroom as well. Beds were very comfortable! Also love that they have security at night to make sure everyone’s cars are okay . Highly recommend ! "

"Two rooms robbed. They broke windows out and had a knife. Three doors down from me. 2 cars broken into. Hotel kept locking people out of their rooms with the key card, me as well. Charged me for service dogs even though I had paperwork. Front desk threatened to call police on me for recording our conversation. Dirty tub with mold. Ice machine broke. Had to leave for fear of my life. I have info from people who got robbed. Fridge broke. "
