The only good things I can say about this hotel is the front desk clerk was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The room itself was not that clean and there were stains all over the carpet. The mattress seemed to have a depression in the middle of it and the walls are thin. I could hear the people next to my room talking well after midnight. I finally figured out how to turn the "constant fan" on to help drown out the noise. I guess I shouldn't have expected too much for the price I paid, but I won't stay there again.

There was one bright spot to our visit: the front desk manager was excellent, considerate, and so responsive to issues we encountered. The downside was the many issues: the whole third floor smelled of weed, the bed sheets were marked, the floor hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests. Nearly left and checked out when I saw that toenail and my eyes were burning from the residual smoke. But, one call to the front desk and it was quickly dealt with. We were invited to keep the industrial cleaner spray in our room to keep the smoke smell from returning. Very pleasant to work with despite being short staffed.

My mom & I stayed at this hotel in Houston for 3 nights. As soon as we walked in the door the cool air was nice. The hotel & our rooms were clean & the staff always had a smile & greeted us. Our beds were comfortable & the breakfast offered hot & cold options. The hotel is close to shops & restaurants. It was a great stay.

Not sure what part of the property is a PLUS, given that is part of its name. I wonder if the hotel chain actually ever visits the hotels other than when they first opened to see the condition of them. This place is desperate need to have updating and cleaning, the carpets has stains all over it. It might’ve been new 25 years ago, door locks could have worked better.

I was in the lobby waiting for the staff for over an hour and no one came to help. Called the number provided but nothing at all the sign just said 5 mins it was way over the time.

El staff súper atento y la de la limpieza un amor .. ahora los sofas no se pueden sentar todo manchado y sucio .. toallas manchadas deberían cambiarlas.. por el resto todo estuvo bien .
