Expedia was the reason this stay was terrible. I entered 2 people in one room in the Expedia website. I knew it was a dorm situation. Expedia have me a price of $31 but Expedia didn't seem to know that rate was per person. When we got there we discovered only 1 bed was covered in our non-refundable payment. My wife slept in one dorm room while I slept in my truck. Only staff Bonnie & Bradford made this stay tolerable.

I had an amazing stay at Bposh Hostel, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Bonnie, the brand ambassador. Bonnie truly went above and beyond, ensuring everything was perfect and making the experience seamless and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, her warm and friendly approach made me feel right at home. The Bposh Hostel itself is a fantastic place to connect with fellow travelers, and the hotel staff, like Bradford during check-in and John, the night manager, were always there to make sure everything ran smoothly. The Super Bowl party was a wonderful touch, bringing guests together and adding to the fun atmosphere. Overall, Bonnie’s dedication and the supportive staff truly make this Bposh Hostel a top choice for anyone visiting. It’s clear that the passion and care put into every detail truly stand out and make a lasting impression.

⭐☆☆☆☆ One Star I did not stay at this property due to undisclosed room conditions. The room contained multiple bunk beds, which is not suitable for taller adult guests unless a bottom bunk is specifically requested at booking—this should be clearly disclosed in advance. More concerning was the presence of a staff supervisor staying inside the women’s shared room. This was not disclosed prior to booking. The men’s room next door only received periodic check-ins, while the women’s room had a supervisor living and sleeping inside the room. This unequal arrangement felt intrusive and unprofessional. Adult guests do not require in-room supervision. If staff oversight is necessary, staff should have their own room and check in as needed, regardless of gender. The setup felt infantilizing rather than hospitable, and the lack of transparency was disappointing. Due to these concerns, I chose to leave and book elsewhere.

Putting three bunk beds in a 8x10 room with 6 individuals sharing one bathroom, one desk and chair is ridiculous!! If they told me at the beginning that 3 bunk beds in a normal motel size room was the order of the day I would not have stayed there. Also one of the guests a oriental gentleman not speaking English at least not to us complained to hotel mgt that we yelled at him about the turning up the AC controls. Why would we want it to heat when Houston that night warmed to 70 degrees. Secondly that same individual placed his jacket on the shared chair in the room. I moved it to his bunk so that I could use the chair and desk. He complained again that we were touching his clothes. What'?? Just confusion. And the final worst experience, the hotel sends their cleaning crew every morning before 9am and expect you to exit the room while they clean. I was not totally ready to leave most mornings but I did as I finalized my readiness. This is bogus concept. The room size was really only worthy of one bunk bed so do not let them talk into the infamous three bunk bed. They need to be shut down because of that. I also saw roaches so the cleaning crew weren't that good.

The advertising was incredibly fraudulent and stated 2 adults were staying. When I checked in the gentlemen said only one person made reservations and my husband was placed in the lobby and told he could sleep in the lobb as long he looked to be sitting up. I want a full refund and credit for a day as this had been horrific. After waking up my husband at 5:30 AM l in the lobby he was told he needed to be up.
