My thing was I ordered the room with a bed and sofa bed. The front desk told me they don’t even have anything like that and I got put it a room with two beds.

Room was clean and smelled great. The bed was hard to sleep in. And you can here the noise outside. Also you can hear when the ac would power off and on it would make a weird noise. Would.i stay there again yes and no. Yes because it was clean but No bed was way to hard and to much noise from the outside and that's being on the 3rd floor.

I’ll be brief. City Express by Marriot is a really nice place. I stayed 3 days. The staff was extra helpful and the property is very clean. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I did have 1 small incident but the staff took care of it with no problem. At the end of the day, I left very happy and will be staying again. The king size bed was very comfortable, my room was very clean and the staff was amazing. Nothing is perfect but they definitely strive for perfection.

The location was great for what I needed. Close to the airport. The room was spacious. Kinda older but it was clean. The shuttle runs every hour so plan accordingly.

Continental breakfast was very limited and didn't have much. The shuttle bus driver was not friendly and drove kinda crazy. However very basic and good for the price.

Conveniently located by the airport, however pretty outdated and needs more maintenance (no AC in the exercise room, external card readers doors inoperative, moldy smell/atmosphere)... I feel deceived by the Marriott label and could have secured better stay for the price paid.

This hotel opened four months ago, far too early for prime time. You call City Express and the phone says it's a Courtyard. The explanation revolved around somebody from Europe, franchisee, etc etc. Ridiculous. The front desk (nice guy, also the only one there, excluding the shuttle driver) could not figure out if I paid before arrival. There was no phone in the room -- convoluted story there as well. Calling the front desk when the nice guy is away fixing some problem is fruitless. It rings forever with no message/voice mail.

This is not a marriott standard hotel. First of all we stayed for 4 days and the room was cleaned once. They gave us 2 pillows. I asked for additional the following day at breakfast for additional 3 because the pillows were small. I reminded the young lady before I left the hotel that day. When i got in the night I asked the night duty personnel and she said she did not know whether it was brought to the room buy if not she will bring. Got to the room and no extra pillows. Look around and there are no phones in the rooms. So had to go back into the elevator. When ask about why is there no phones in the room was told its a new hotel and she doesn’t know. Then every night our keys would not work when we got to the room. You know how frustrating this is? The balcony floor is unpainted the furniture in the balcony is broken up. Its horrible. Not worth the money. The breakfast was the same every morning. A small omelette with cheese and the bacon was sliced so thin that the strips were transparent. Everyday was the same. No fruits at all. The only thing that was nice was the coffee machine.
