We had roaches all over the room the staff was nice and friendly we got there so late because of softball we didn’t use the pool the bathtub was had chips missing, but the room was very clean

It is an older property but fairly well maintained. The room was well kept and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was very clean but could use some new furniture, and the water was refreshing on a hot afternoon. There are plenty of dining options in the area. Access to the property is a bit tricky, especially with heavy traffic in the area. The best part about this property was the price, which was by far the lowest in the area. The staff was polite and helpful and the coffee in the lobby was fresh and readily available. We will stay here again.

Some improvements needed.

I hate to leave a bad review. I’m not saying I’ll not stay here again, but I haven’t decided. The hotel staff was friendly and offered to get us anything we needed. I was surprised there was only one bath towel and no extra toilet paper (and just a small amount on the roll that was there). They were happy to get those things when I asked. A few disposable cups in the room and a good cup of coffee in the morning would have been nice. It was a good deal for what we needed (one short overnight close to our daughter’s anp ). An older property is understandable, but I’m not sure whether I’ll choose this place again. Cleanliness and a well-stocked room are more important to me than a fancy look. Maybe they just gave us a room that wasn’t really ready.

mold on grout in tub/shower area. toilet not cleaned very well and hair on floor in sink area where previous guest had shaved... Internet never worked in our room. More attention to detail would serve the owners well. Wouldn't take much other than a bit more effort. fencing around pool area needs to have a wire brush to it and repainted for a fresh look. pool was good and nice it was available for late October. I don't normally leave a poor review.

A little tacky

For the price Budgetel was great. There was one light bulb out and one plug didn't work. Caulking in the bathroom was a little sloppy and the duck tape on the floor between the carpet and tile instead of a proper metal strip was a little tacky. The fixtures in the bathroom were in need of replacing but still worked. I'm Overall I would stay there again and this was in fact the second time.

It had roaches and bed bugs. Smelled of mold and mildew when you open the door. The key card did not work after the second use. And the people qhere rude at the front. Honestly id rather sleep in my car. Not worth it even for the price.

Very quite, private, The room ned to be update , fridge wasn' t working, no ice machine on the property, no ice bucket, coffee pot inthe room, Price a little to high for condition of the room and property.

Nasty room

Upon arrival, the room was already paid by credit card. It was done online. I paid then with my debit card. I was in room 203. I opened the door and the mirror that was where the sink was, was so streaked and appeared dirty. I then needed to use the toilet. There was poop on the seat and urine under the seat. The floor in the bathroom had debris on it. The bathtub had dirt and bugs in it. There was something clumpy white on the tile wall. I never used the tub. The carpet in the room had food and debris on it. There was no pad covering the mattress and no pillow covers. Only pillow cases. There was no bar soap. I had to go to the office to get soap. There was a big bug crawling on the floor. I killed it and left it there. Nasty.
