The property was clean, but the room was changed at the last minute and could not accommodate the room as requested. There were wet spots within the carpet in the room. No cups, no coffee, no facial tissue, the remote was missing 1 battery and the amenities such as the pool and hot tub were out of order. The room was ok, but the tub was very slippery as if it hadn’t been rinsed after a shampoo. The staff were very nice and friendly. Parking was convenient.

We stayed for 4 days , they didn’t clean on room for 4 days , they didn’t change the towels for 4 days and the bedsheets . Wow this place is not any hotel it’s a shelter . I can’t recommend nobody at this hotel .

Hot tub was out of order and the pool door had a sign that said closed by the Texas department of health. But it wasn’t advertised during the time of reservation. We had a roach in our bathroom. It’s a mess. They didn’t want to give us a third wash cloth of our third guest.

We booked this hotel because of the pool. We got there and was told that the pool was not in service. If we canceled we would have had to pay anyway and not eligible for a refund. 2nd the room was really dusty and my daughter that has asthma almost had an attack. 3rd, we had no wash clothes and they were never delivered when I asked the cleaning lady so I just went and bought some. No one was at the desk everytime I went to the desk. Last and most disturbing is there was a large tree roach in the closet that made the stay very uncomfortable. The only reason I would consider coming back is that the front desk lady was very friendly and the process went smoothly.

2-days of my stay from Total 3-days They were out of breakfast. When contacted the Front Desk, all it was said was they are sorry they didn’t deliver it. They didn’t clean the room once & the card key won’t work every time I exited the room and came back. The only reason I got in this Motel was it was very near to my visiting place but would never come back here again.
