Absolutely terrible. The room smelled like cigarettes and they never cleaned my room not once during my 3 night stay. The breakfast was only packaged sandwiches and refrigerated yogurts. The room key didn’t work each night so I had to go down and get a new key. The “closet” didn’t even make sense because of how small and inconvenient it is. I will never stay here again!

This property is very old , there is some stink , leaks and not very clean , there is hardly any food for the free breakfast option , the free airport transfer is not available at all times , the amenities is not great .

Room was clean, bed comfortable, simple breakfast, great airport shuttle service, close to a few food options, the pool looked lovely but was closed (out of season.) The staff were very helpful and accommodating as we changed our morning pick-up without a lot of notice. Very affordable for a one night flight stop-over. We were on the main floor so was very accessible. We could hear planes coming and going but didn't affect our sleep.

Booked this specifically for the airport shuttle. We arrived and couldn’t get through to anyone at the hotel for 45 minutes, then had to wait for him to show up. That made it very stressful. The room was very dark. There were only two lights on either side of the bed, and one sconce on the far corner. No light in the entryway or by the desk. The shower water pressure was super low. The fridge worked well, but was unlabeled and kept wobbling. Coffee was available all night but there were rarely cups. I went out at 3am to get coffee and my key stopped working so I was locked out of my room. Same thing happened the next day. Breakfast was pathetic. First day they had good breakfast sandwiches, but they only put one or two out at a time. There were no napkins and had to ask for coffee cups. They had yogurt, apple juice, milk, oranges, apples, and bananas (no apples or bananas after the first day). The hallway smelled like marijuana. No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there. The second day I asked for towels and never got them. The bed had a broken piece under it so it squeaked terribly when we moved, but it was still fairly comfortable. Air conditioner was wonderful!! We were close to the airport and the planes were very loud, but we were able to sleep fine and it wasn’t too much of a distraction. There was limited dining options. All in all, we dealt with the issues and the room was cheap enough, but I think we would pass on staying here again.

I was super disappointed with this property, to the point where I only stayed for one night of my reservation. Bugs, broken smoke detectors, toilets that did not work. I have stayed in MANY hotels, and I have never left one so quickly.

The room was in a bad condition, the AC unit was held by a piece if bent lumber, the mattress was in terrible shape because i kept falli g to the center like a sink hole, the TV didn't work when trying to place the channels and there were roaches inside the room, i saw insects on the bed idk if it was bedbugs. The only reason why i rate neutral is because it had a free shuttle to the airport we just needed it for a might because we lost our flight.
