I find that staff here at the hotel very nice I've been here for about 4 months I had to stay here for the first floor cuz I had surgery yeti is manager I don't know her last name but she would be the one you come and want to talk to she was very nice to me thank you

Not so good

Residents were friendly. I saw there was a Popsicle lady and a cookie lady. The kids played freely and spoke. However, the staff and facility were not the best. I prepaid for a 7.day visit and selected a non-smoking room. Room 1 reeked of smoke. Room 2 reeked ofold and floor was.soft.as of it.would cave in at any moment. Room 3 was not cleaned well and there.were roaches. The elevator was not.clean. There was.tobacco on the.floor and.reekes.of.urine. I had to have the key card reset sevetal times.which was frustrating because my room was on the 3rd.floor! Rolled luggage in fresh urine in elevator as I went to check out!!! I stayed but did not prefer it at all.and.absolutely do not plan to return.

I have checked in and never been here before.. the manager yeti was very nice not the best hotel but try it out . Ask for the manager yeti she will make your stay here a little better
