The room was not cleaned in the three days we stayed, i have reminded the front desk to clean it the second day that we are there to give them idea that the room was not cleaned but it was still not cleaned when we got there the afternoon. I called them and all they can do is to remove thrash, i got three kids and they can be messy. I told them maybe just a vacuum of the caroet but they said the cleaners left already. They did offer points but i dont think i will stay there again. The staff seems like they hate to be working there. The breakfast is free but i doubt its not part of the payment and its not about the options that was given to us but it seems like they control the food and will give a few bacons or sausage until they will refill a few again on the dining room. It is always empty and we feel like we should be grateful on the food being provided. Its a horrible experience, we went there for a vacation and not just a place where we stay for a night. Indont recommend this place for families
