Although I was only there for an overnight stay my room was very clean and the hotel was extremely quite and comfortable. Unfortunately I had to leave the hotel quite early and couldn't experience the breakfast I was very pleased with my stay. Since I have to be at MD Anderson often I will definetly be staying at this location every time.

Staff was very friendly. Live music at the bar was awesome. Able to order and eat in bar was very nice. The only two negative things we're I should not have to call the front desk to have my room clean and put clean towels every day is ridiculous (should only have to call if I don't want my room cleaned) and charging $40 a day to park my vehicle after the amount of money we pay to stay there that should be included.

No fridge or microwave in the rooms. There is a kerig in the room which is nice. Beds are comfy. And parking is not included — it’s $40 per night. Location to NRG is great, walking distance.

Room was clean and comfortable, but overall, the hotel is overpriced. Room is overpriced, bar is overpriced ($13 for a domestic beer), food was slightly overpriced, especially since it wasn't hot when served. $11 for two regular coffees and $40 parking is ridiculous. $25 early check-in was worth it, and being in walking distance to NRG is convenient.

Line at check-in at 2:30 on Friday afternoon was 14 people long and took 20 minutes. They need more help at the front desk. Neither thermostat in my room would turn on the heat....it got cold outside and my room was freezing cold. Hotel location is excellent if you are going to NRG. Staff was friendly.

The parking was easy and secure. We had a hard time getting in our room, the card didn't work on the door that was marked with the room number, our neighbor had to tell us to try the door that wasn't marked because it was a suite. That was the only door that it worked. The room smelled of mold. Other than that it was good.

Room was fine but no microwave, they thought itd be a good idea to sell the whole parking lot for the rodeo cookoff, trying to turn away paying guests after they sold all their parking. Also had to pay for parking after already over charged for an outdated room. Over priced forsure
