Room was warm even though AC was set to 60 & it was set on this when we arrived. While taking a shower in room 409 my feet and ankles were taking a bath.

Desk Staff was not professionally dressed, the fridge was dirty in our room, and the decor had been painted over, not making for a very attractive finish.

Platinum Inn & Suites Webster
Right from the entrance of the hotel to the elevator and room, really bad odours. Smells like weed, cigarettes and mold in the room. Due to late check in, I was not able to switch my room. No supplies in the bathroom.

The hotel and room were very clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
