No staff just a kiosk with a lady from India remotely checking you in. The place has no security and is in a sketchy neighborhood with people wandering the streets yelling at themselves. They could walk in and access your room at any time. "

"There were gobs of foot long black hair in oir shower. We are both short haired grey headed. It was an awakening that the shower and tub were not cleaned. Toilet took several times to flush. The lights didn’t want to shut off. The window blind opened only about 12 inches. It was not worth the $140+ we paid for the room. Compensation would be nice."

"Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall it was clean just slightly run down. Breakfast everyday was good and a nice addition. Pool was ok and hot tub is non existent. Location was alright felt safe and was close to everything. "

"We asked for a rollaway bed ahead of time as stated on the hotels website that they were available and when we got there they had none. Bed was uncomfortable and my son had to sleep on the couch which was hard and smelled. Shower overflowed and got bathroom floor soaked. "
