"The elevators were under maintenence. Lines were 20 minutes or more to get up to our 14th floor room. Caused us to miss the shuttle and getting back to the hospital several times. My mom is 81 and it was very hard on several people."

"HORRIBLE STAFF! Refused to ask pool patrons to quiet the music so people can sleep. Had to call police. Overpriced food. Did not read or respect allergy requests. Bad Place!"

"We had a great stay! Staff was nice and friendly and room spacious and comfortable. I am deducting one star for a parking pass that did not work at the gate repeatedly and elevators who did not seem to work one of the evenings."
