"We were in town for a concert and needed to check-in early. Staff was accommodating, however, we did have to pay an extra $35 to check-in early. I can understand the fee and appreciated being able to so we would not have to leave our concert early. The room was very clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great! Felt very safe and comfortable and would stay again next time I'm in town."

"PROS: The staff was very kind and polite and seemed genuinely exited to have us there. We arrived to a clean room that was ready for our stay. The room was on the smaller side and had the expected amenities. The shower (no tub) delivered plenty of hot water. The shower had 4 different delivery settings. The AC worked great. The bed was the perfect combination of furnace and softness. Smart TV. Appears to be an older hotel which has updated rooms. They look lovely. Breakfast was simple but...

The wall around the elevators where Fility. the headboards and desk were covered in Grime( Grime that you could acutely Scrape Off ... The Bathroom floor was Disgusting. "The pool didn't open until 10am, you have to check out at 11, so you couldn't really get in the pool and get showered and your suit somewhat dried before you had to leave. Most of the surrounding establishments, opened at 10, so if you wanted to get there early, you would have wanted your pool time in early. When I got in my room, there was some hair in my sink, and a dirty towel was left in there. The rest of the hotel seemed clean though and the staff seemed nice."

"They canceled my reserved room without informing me. Earlier, I called them because my flight was delayed and asked whether they could either move my reservation to the next day or provide a refund. They told me that neither option was possible. At no point did I ask them to cancel my reservation. However, when we arrived at the property around 11:30 PM, the staff informed us that they had already given our room to someone else and laughed in my face. I requested them if they could provide me...
