"I was impressed with the Fairfield Inn Marriott Rochester Airport! Even though it was at the airport and right next to the parking garage, it was still amazingly quiet. The room was very clean and modern. I was there for a one-night stay prior to catching a very early plane back to Denver the next morning. It was a very easy walk from the hotel to the terminal... less than 5 minutes, so I could return my rental car when I arrived at the hotel and not have to deal with it early in the morning....
"The overall experience was great. I was there with my wife and there a lot of men hanging around in the hallways and parking lot. My wife felt unsafe. If I had to leave, I told her to just stay in the room.
On a sidenote, we checked out Sunday, it is now Friday and I have not yet received my $50 deposit. I would like this addressed and looked into. It should never take this long to be refunded. Now that's bad customer service. Please contact me w/ a resolution. "

"Good luck flushing the toilet. Overall, this property was ok. Not bad, not good...middling. It was quite clean so kudos for that. The TV works and the staff is good. But note that it is quite worn down. I think it's mostly for long term construction workers and that type of guest, so nothing fancy but a roof when needed. However, the button to flush the toilet is on top of the tank and some goofball built a vanity shelf over the tank with about an inch, if that, to get your finger in. ...

"Breakfasts were quite good. Pool was very nice. Location quiet but near some restaurants that are family friendly. Although not close to any one location we were going--Genesee Village, Ganondagon museum, Erie Canal tour, Museum of Play, it was a reasonable distance from all of them--they are quite spread out. "
"To be honest when we first checked in. The Woman was unfriendly, nose was turned up. Which cause me to try to check out. However as we continued our staff all the other Mangers and Staff were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful with my children. Because of that I extended my stay. Overall our visit was amazing "
