"We reserved 2 rooms each with 2 queen beds. We were running late and called at 6pm. Was told no problem I requested to pay for the rooms in full so we wouldn’t lose them I was told no need we had until 2am Got to hotel at 9:45. They didn’t have our rooms only ones with 1 bed in each After a long back and forth. They found rooms for us. Only one when we opened one of the doors people were sleeping in the beds We were given another room. At 2am someone opened the door to my elderly family...

"Sack of garbage by the room door. Couch was stained. Parking lot filled with potholes. We cancelled our stay and went elsewhere."

"Room was not fully clean , other guests garbage was left in the garbage bins , hairs on bedding , a lot of dust. Breakfast was horrible, 1 type of begal ( raisin) breakfast was suppose to be until 9am they ran out of a lot of items at 8am and never bothered to restock even after I asked for some items. Pool was good but pool towels were the size of a hand cloth , recommend bring your own. A lot of noise from other guests through the night , although this is completely random"

"“Perfectly Located for Layovers and Airport Connections” Extremely convenient location if you need to spend a night in the city before a connecting flight. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A great bonus: you can call them and they’ll pick you up or drop you off at the airport."

"I went there about one am, and no one was there. I ended up spending the night at a motel in the emergency as there was nothing else open."

"The staff were very capable, kind and helpful and i was grateful when they found an item that I had accidentally left behind. They kept it safe until I was able to collect it. The room itself was quite basic and had a cracked window. However the windows opened which is important to me and the beds were comfortable and shower hot. "

"For the amount ofoney I payed we were very dissatisfied. I picked this place because it was fairly new and close to were I needed to be.First ti.e booking like this and very unhappy.Stay was awful For a suite was very small amd unequiped. "

"There was ample parking, the room was clean, and staff was nice. There is an onsite restaurant, Petals, which is fine for meals, but it would have been nice to have a complimentary continental breakfast included with our room."

"There was no housekeeping services. They had covered parking. There was trash in the hallways. Breakfast was offered between 6 and 10 AM but if you came after 8:45 AM, the pancakes were hard, the eggs were stuck to the bottom of the pan, sausage was dried out, the yogurt was non existent and decaf coffee was not available."

"Our stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly and kind. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We couldn’t ask for more."
