"Wonderful property! Staff was extremely kind and even gave us a 'welcome' bag of treats because we were celebrating a graduation. The room was clean, comfortable, convenient. Right off the highway, but quite and peaceful. Amazing breakfast! My daughter couldn't stop eating :)"

"Very clean. Perfect location if you’re flying into or out of the airport since it sounds like all of the planes are landing right on the hotel roof. All the doors are squeaky at the far end of first floor so you can keep tabs on your neighbours’ comings and goings all night. Otherwise lovely, with friendly staff"

"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"This day was decent I guess. I don't like the fact that I booked a 2 room suite with 2 beds and get there and I'm given a one room suite with one bed and the hotel says there is nothing they can do about it."

"The Microtel is my home away from home. I have been staying there, when I'm in town, for about five to six years. It's convenient, clean, centrally located, the staff is exceptional and the breakfast is good. I don't stay anywhere else."

"This hotel was exceptional from top to bottom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always present and smiling. The hotel breakfast as a feast. There was a surprise happy hour with food and drink Monday through Wednesday. Patio and river view/access added to the stay. Very handy to the University of Rochester and to the Strong Hospital. Lots of parking. Felt safe."

"Room 1 had hair(animal and human) on the floor, bed, and bathtub. No covers on the bed and questinably clean bedding. Staff gave us another room with sticky floors and Counter surfaces and questionably clean bedding. Neither room had cooking utensils as advertised. The entire building smelled of marijuanna. A full refund was given and reservation cancelled."

"The hotel was not clean. No breakfast. No room service. Dirty bathrooms with flies."

"The service was excellent and our room was clean. The bathroom was very small and the mirror was drenched after using the shower and there was no vent to dehumidify the room. The breakfast was okay but the room was small so one day there was no seat available for us. The good thing was our room was very quiet and parking was plentiful. We frequent Fairfield Inns around the country and this one was not up to the standards we had expected from Fairfield."
