"Es un buen hospedaje superó mis expectativas."

"The person that checked me in was horrible, he had nasty jokes. The room it self was ok."

"You can get better. Trust. Not impressed with cleanliness and smell."

"Our host Gary was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a beautiful classic building. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return!"

"Staff not very helpful or polite, but otherwise clean enough and decent breakfast."

"The hotel was in a quiet location it was maintained and clean . "Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet."

"The property was extremely clean, the staff very helpful. The rooms were set up nicely and were well maintained. It is a simple hotel, but priced very well and the best hotel we stayed at. The breakfast offerings are simple, but sufficient for one or two nights."

"Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"
