"I had reserved an accessible room with wheel-in shower. When I checked in I learned that room wasn't available nor any other accessible room. The only room available was inaccessible. It was late and I had no choice but to stay there. I was told I'd be moved to accessible room the next day, which did occur but it had a tub with shower chair. "Hotel was clean and basic, knowing there were 3 occupants, I wish they set up the room with enough towels and pillows so I didn’t have to call and ask. We booked a suite, the couch was extremely uncomfortable hard as a rock and could have used cushions, there was only 1. Pool was small, but otherwise the hotel appears to be clean."
