"We had a great experience, the front desk staff was very welcoming and polite. The hotel and our room were both very clean and quiet at night, the location was excellent. I also want to say thank you to Bailey for making our stay comfortable and for giving us suggestions on where to eat for dinner and for telling us a little history about why Sheboygan is a must to visit and will definitely come back and stay here again."

"My friends and I stayed for a weekend getaway and we were impressed by the decor and how charming the hotel was! The adjoining rooms aren't very big and there is one mini fridge for both rooms but we were able to make it work. The staff was all very nice and their private beach was great."

The parking lot had multiple people loitering around who appeared to be homeless, and finding an actual parking spot for hotel guests was a challenge. Walking into the lobby, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Unfortunately, it only got worse in the elevator. It smelled like a hotbox, and there were dirty handprints all over the walls. "Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them."
