"Sorry to say but what we feel in our stay was: No customer or staffs support, no one present at the front desk, No electricity, no water, and no customer support from the phone or any media. Felt like trapped and scammed."

"Left one day early...I request a 1 day refund to my cc.
Room smelling like musty cigarette smoke. Road noise all night-slept poorly. Barely a trickle of water in morning for a shower!
