"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit. from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"The location is fantastic approx 20mins walk to Old Town and various tourist spots. There are plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and art shops as well as grocery stores. The rooms are very spacious and quiet, with great coffee & tea in the room with a small fridge/minibar(extra charge). A large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, lots of toiletries included. "The room was a good size & very clean. It offered everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was good but choices were limited. The reception staff were friendly but were not visible on entry due to the position & height of the reception desk & this unfortunately gave a feeling of ‘being ignored’. The air con was good."
