Tämä on käytännössä airb'n'b.
Asunto oli saapuessani kylmä kuin ryssän helvetti, mutta onneksi sekä olo- että makuuhuoneessa oli lämpöpatterit, joilla asunnon sai vuorokaudessa siedettävän lämpöiseksi. Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut mitään lämmitystä, joten lämpimiin pohjoismaisiin asuntoihin tottuneena palelin, vaikka oli vasta marraskuu.
Asunto on mukavan tilava yhdelle tai kahdelle hengelle, hyvin varusteltu ja siisti, ja erittäin lähellä Huddersfieldin rautatieasemaa, joten tänne on helppo ja nopea tulla ja lähteä. Palvelut ovat lähellä: kulman takana on viihtyisä pubi (Crown), samoin kuin asemalla (House of Steam), ja iso Sainsburyn ruokakauppa on parin minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.
