"Okay, clean and safe."

"Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need)...

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"The property is in need of extensive renovations inside and out. My room had only an overhead light operated from 2 wall switches, neither reachable from the bed. The tiles on the bathroom floor had no grout and the tiles were cracked and loose underfoot. There was no lamp or clock on the nightstand, probably because previous guest stole the items. Yes, the place has that kind of vibe. I did not think it prudent to walk on the carpeting barefoot. There are multiple patches, all poorly done,...

"If you are looking for a place to sleep cheap this the place. The facility seemed to be fairly new, but has not been maintained."

"We were very pleased at our last minute choice of this hotel. Easy check in. Clean room and hotel. Nice pool. Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was just okay but sufficient. The hotel itself was just a bit "tired" but still very clean and maintained well. We'd definitely return."
