"This is a five star hotel, in my opinion. The staff treats every guest like they are the only guest. Never rushed or treated poorly. I have stayed here multiple times and always had a first class experience. The valet parking is excellent, although pricey. But, they have cheaper self parking at the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The elevators could use more lighting, but they are safe. The beds are of excellent quality. Housekeeping staff is very good at their jobs and very friendly. And, the convenience of being attached to Mall of America gives you plenty of shopping and food options. Although, they do have a bar and restaurant at the hotel that are, while a little on the pricier side, out of this world good."
