"Clean room and overall facility. Very friendly staff, my room was ready early. As a solo traveler I felt safe and welcomed with security and plenty of staff on hand. My room was very clean, updated, with a great view and very nice bathroom. Nearby shopping and quick bites were very convenient and great. Loved the location. Will stay here again."

The hotel is quiet with a nice bar/lounge for guests that overlooks the NY Public Library and Bryant Park. The location is convenient to many popular destinations. "Fantastic base for exploring NYC! So convenient being walking distance to Grand Central Station and lots of food options. Loved the free walking tours offered to Pod guests, and the ground floor bar was nice to have as an option on site too. The roof top was closed when I visited in Winter, which was a shame, as it has spectacular views out over the city. Room was comfortable, clean and had everything you need. "This was a great hotel to stay at in Midtown Manhattan. It was within walking distance of a lot of NYC's attractions. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. It was decorated beautifully and the daily breakfast was top notch! The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. I would stay here again in a New York minute LOL!"
