"We were not given any information about the property itself upon check in. Upsetting to hear there was more to the property than we knew after staying for 3 nights! Apparently there was breakfast? We saw the lobby and the check in desk - assumed that was all. It is a shame we spent this amount of money to sleep."

"A great hotel! We've needed a lot of things during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond. Not only did they assist our elderly guest with the check-in, but they were also extremely accommodating with personal requests and adjusting our checkout. 5 stars all around - definitely recommend. Also, the location can't be beat!"

"Staff at front desk and front doors very friendly. Went to Scotiabank for a concert so was very convenient. Right next door. Room was large. Blinds on the shower was a little different. Did not eat at the hotel. Have to use the key at the door to work the lights. Did not use the mini bar."
