"There was cockroaches in the room I have the video recorded and I asked him to refund the money but they said you have to talk with Expedia. Then we booked another hotel. Please refund my money.

"It was pet friendly but I had to park and go to the other side of the building with my dog and back and forth with my things, by myself. There was constant noise all night from other guests and I barely slept. I called the office but they did nothing."
