"Walls are very thin and guest were very loud at all hours of the night. Bathrooms were disgusting. Furniture was very outdated. The staff was friendly."

"Place was filthy. It took me 2 towels soaked in soapy water to clean the floor because our feet were black just from a few minutes being there and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Pubic hair in the tub and dried up urine all over the toilet. Ive been going there for years in our yearly trip to knobles and every year its worse and worse. This was our last year. "

"I was looking for a clean room that had a microwave and fridge in the room near I-80 East just west of 1-81 north. This property checked every box. Location was quiet except for rare road noise on Hwy 11, like the crazy motorcycle drive passing by. Although there was no coffee or breakfast in the morning, my cooler provided me eggs, bacon and sweet bread and I stopped for coffee off the interstate. The price was right for a night. "

"Honestly - Do not stay here! They have local residents staying longer term, which just brings noise all night long. Cigarette burn holes in the sheets, towels should have been replaced many years ago. Hallway just stinks like smoke and weed. For a few dollars more.....go somewhere else!!"

"My stay began with a broken lock on the door. It was 50 degrees outside and all the windows were open and no heat on. The bedroom was decently clean, but when I opened the bathroom door, I was hit with the mold/mildew smell that took my breath away. I spread towels on the floor to walk barefoot. I turned the water on for a shower and the water came out rusty. I considered sleeping in my vehicle, but chose the bed. The sheets were clean. Very disappointed."
