"Bonito lugar."

"Place is clean and they clean the common area every time someone checks out, which given the nature of this listing (private rooms in shared apartment) can be daily / every two days. Very convenient location with great public transport connections, restaurants around and supermarket literally next door. Great for few days. "I had a wonderful stay at Habitaciones Figueroa! The room and property were very clean and comfortable. The management and staff were very nice and helpful and the building is in a great location in the city. I really enjoyed staying there and I will definitely go back on my next visit to Madrid!"

"El lugar es bueno para descansar por una noche y esta en un lugar muy tranquilo"

"Arrived for a 5 day stay and was extremely satisfied with the accomodations. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable with ac. I also loved the location, as it was very close to shopping and the metro. The host had great communication with us throughout the stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a base to explore Madrid."

"Very helpful staff let me check in early to leave my bag. Beautiful old apartmento right in the city centre. Front room is really big but it can be noisy at night from the street but this doesn't bother me."
