"Very difficult to chat with the host, the place they gave us was not what they promised us or how it looked on the pictures. They gave our place to someone else, and sent us across the street. Sofa bed does not work, no AC on one of the rooms, if you come in the summer, you will not be able to sleep. Will not stay here again."

"The studio apartment was well set up and had lovely big windows with views to a leafy intersection. The support facilities were great, I got my laundry done with no fuss. The area is also a plas - the Plaza Olavide is one of the nicest urban plazas to spend time in, it seems like a real locals area and has lots of cafes and bars. The booking platform I used wasn't helpful but once I got through directly to the BeMate staff they were fantastic."

"We allegedly had a balcony view but that was not the case, it was a dark corner apartment at best with little to no windows on a converted floor in a building. The location was good, walking distance to many places we wanted to go. The amenities for an apartment were better than others because it included a washer/dryer that we took full advantage of.
