"Poor management! Gave us a key to a room that someone else was already staying in so we walked in on them. I was mortified. When we finally were assigned the correct room the AC unit did not work and it was miserably hot! "

"Did not get to check in because of the gang members hanging out around the front entrance. Very unsafe!!! I lost my $$$ . The pictures online are not what them seem. I called Expedia but I got nowhere and they got my $$$"
