"Paqueita, concierge was super helpful & a delight. I would have liked a freezer section not just a fridge. And, a microwave would have been useful although I do understand that room size is a limiting factor."

"My room was modern, clean, with a bar fridge and makings for a cuppa, the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms down the squeey old beautiful wooden floor were modern and clean. Overall, a lovely urgent one-night stay. Oh, and the staff were lovely. Only comment: the space under the door could do with a Raven slip to stop the very bright corridor lights at night. Thank you."

I have stayed at really expensive places and some really cheap places, this is the perfect bang for your buck, you feel like you get more for less. This has older shower heads for amazing showers, non of this new fancy showers that are water saving and give terrible flow. This has old school shower heads that have amazing flow great pressure its immediately relaxing. The heat pump is also great. its not new,...

"Arkaba Hotel, my partner loves this hotel, his stayed over 50x for business, great for a man that only has to go into the bar and order his meal, and has the room upstairs, he loves the area and the place, staff are great to him that know him, rooms are good. meals are great atmosphere he loves sitting in the sports bar to have dinner and watch the golf or footy."

"What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. Couldn’t fault the hotel, our room was so cosy and comfortable, gorgeous large marble bathroom and balcony (Tiers room). "First room they provided me, which I had previously stayed in before had the same broken table in it which hadn’t been repaired even after reporting it on my last stay. They then moved me into another room and found a lot of mould in the shower. They did clean it eventually but then it was hard to enter the room after cleaning due to the amount of bleach used. Very hard to breathe afterwards."
