"The lady who runs the hotel is great and can't be more helpfull. I stayed in a single room which was compact but enough for one person and it had a 3/4 bed which was nice. For a clean, comfortable ensuite room within walking distance on the town the hotel is amazing value. Breakfast was extra but well worth the additional £8"

"I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it. "Had to ask for clean towels and coffee sachets. Also had to ask for room to be cleaned and bedding changed after 3 days. So a 7 day stay only changed once. Lights not working. Shower connected to taps so unable to control water temperature. Shaving light above sink not working. Towel rail in bathroom got dangerously hot and was held together with insulating tape. A small step down to the room had no hazard warning tape or aluminaton, tripped over going out and fell down going in."
