"Roost is a great value very large apartment style living in downtown. Couple small downsides, the bed is very low to the floor (but comfortable), HVAC is loud could be a problem for a light sleeper but I like background noise. Also because it is not a traditional hotel there is no restaurant or freshly made coffee in the morning so prepare for that accordingly."

"We loved the proximity to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field as well as the proximity to many restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised at getting complimentary breakfast (which was very good) and complimentary snack like dinners and drinks (max. of 3 each person/night stay, beer and wine only). Water & coffee were available all day and popcorn at late afternoon into early evening. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to catch a Patriots/Browns game."

"I stayed in the Damon room. It was very well kept and inviting. The room was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Parking was off street in a secure lot. The mansion was in a nice area that felt safe. I would certainly recommend this Inn to others. I look forward to visiting again."

"We stayed one night at the Westin Cleveland Downtown. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 children (ages 9 and 7). Overall, the room was very nice. The bathroom was small, but beautiful. The shower was tiled and absolutely beautiful. The only issue was that it was very slow to drain, I’m not sure if it was clogged, but with 4 people to shower, we had to take long breaks between showers so that the water could drain out. "Thin toilet paper. Paid for corner king room but got two queens in middle. Front desk didn’t know restaurant around corner was closed. Incidental fee at check in not refunded at checkout."

"They are not very attentive to issues. When we left for breakfast, a dog had pee'd all over the entry way (we watched it happen) and when we came back over an hour later, there were still puddles. There was a bag of dog poop in the lobby for almost our entire stay. Elevators felt grimy. Room wasn't terrible but everything else felt dingy."

"Hotel is super convenient to Rocket Arena. We were able to walk the two blocks to the arena through an underground tunnel, avoiding getting wet."

"Close to Guardians stadium made it very nice. Close to downtown. Nice to be able to park there and walk to the game."

"The area around the hotel felt safe. little Italy is about a half mile away, plenty of restaurants there. Museums and a park is within walking distance. We stayed in a Suite on the third floor. It was very quiet, no noise from the street or other hotel guests. Eating breakfast in the sunroom was nice."
