"The Kimpton Shorebreak is a lovely hip place. It is very pet friendly. My only complaints areis that the amenities list didn't include that there is a refrigerator (mini bar) in the room and that the only grass for dogs is a bit away from the property."

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I travel for work and stay in different hotels every week, but this one had multiple serious issues: 1. I found hair in the bathroom, in the bathtub, on the sink, and on the floor. 2. There was mold around the bathroom sink. 3. Inside the closet, there were holes and missing drywall, exposing the wood behind it. 4.The TV signal kept cutting out; I had to call the front desk almost every day to get it fixed. 5. "My room did not get cleaned properly. The bathroom did not clean prior to my check-in. The toilet still has someone fetish inside. Terrible and not very sanitize "

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Cable did not work! The water does not get hot. And the WiFi did not work at all. Then I was lied to and assured it would be fixed so I wouldn’t leave and cancel my stay. They lied multiple times and did not want to refund or compensate me for the night I was basically forced into staying. I had to cut my trip short. When I tried to get compensation for the night they forced upon me they denied the request. I had to find somewhere else to stay and ended up...

"very nice place. comfortable bed. windows allow fresh air, although there is some noise from restaurant and bar guests outside till close to midnight. really liked roofdeck with ocean views, ideal for a sundowner. one thing that I missed was a water kettle in room. breakfast only starts 7.30 and a tea/coffee before that time would have been great."

"I absolutely loved my spacious apartment room. The layout is perfect, nice bathroom, great kitchen, living room area with large built-in desk overlooking a large window, good closet. Easy convenient parking. The laundry facility was a short walk away in the center of the complex pool/BBQ/garden area and was easy to use (bring your own detergent). I stayed 10 nights and loved it. I did not use the pool, gym, or included breakfast."
