"Great hotel and staff!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the overall experience was amazing. The staff was friendly, and everything exceeded our expectations. The only downside was having to pay $60 for parking. Considering the cost of the stay, I feel that parking should either be included or offered at a lower rate. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Despite the parking fee, I still give this hotel 5 stars because it truly was an amazing...

"The front desk has charged me more than twice for he total bill. It is very difficult for them to understand what they are doing. I have now had to dispute the bill and I am still waiting for a resolution going on 5 days after I have checked out,."

"Amazing view and location to the beach and main street. Staff is nice. The room is very low quality. If your expectations are just a locking room, a raised platform to lay down and weak water pressure to rinse off. This is a great stay otherwise the room will leave you wanting more. Very dimly lit. They also had 2 lamps in the room and one didn't work. The light against the wall above the poster didn't work. The wall paper is peeling off the wall in places. The toilet took 20 minutes of running...

"Steps away from the pier, beach and shopping. The room was super cute, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very simple and that was my biggest worry booking a hotel by the beach. We parked in the meter parking at the beach to spend the day at the beach then checked in and quickly and easily moved the car to the hotel parking right after check in, which had valet, so easy! We are talking about booking this every summer from now on."

"Way overrated...location is all it has going for it. Embassy Suites is better for a full service stay. They put us, who booked through Expedia, in a second floor room overlooking the parking lot lol...possibly the worst room they have, when it wasn't even crowded lol. When we went to check out they said the "system is down" and couldn't correctly check us out. A 3 star resort at best. Don't expect a 5 star experience."

"We booked this hotel for the 4 of July, and it was our first time staying here. We were able to check in about an hour early, which wasappreciated. After briefly dropping off our belongings in the room,we left for the beach and did not use the restroom at that time.When we returned around midnight, we were extremely disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The toilet was visibly soiled,with urine present underneath the seat something that was clearly noticeable and should have been addressed...
