Place is conveniently located. Hotel needs major renovation. Room was beat up. Scuffs and scratches on all furniture and walls. Carpet had many nasty stains. Shower was dingy. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff kept it as clean as possible for the condition of the room.

The staff was great! However the room I was assigned had an odor. I was assigned a different room. It was a little better. However I think the ventilation is not good. The carpets were dirty and the counter in the bath had a big Crack. I was told there is no room service. Therefore you need to bring dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones. There is no one at the desk. You have to ring a bell for service. Lobby was okay. But there were large dead plants sitting on the counter. This was my first stay. I won't be going back. Staff were nice the hotel need major updating. I've stayed down street at other hotels for same price. However they were all booked for the weekend I needed. Outside of the door was a trash can that needed to be emptied. The building looks okay on the outside. But major renovations are needed on this property.

There's a lot of shops nearby that people can choose to shop and eat. The parking is very slim and tight just enough for whoever stays here.

I booked 5 nights for my family to stay while in town for an athletic event. I must say that I have never seen such an unsanitary environment in a hotel. First, the carpet was horribly stained, there were blood stains on the shower curtain and hairs stuck to the shower wall, the room had an odor, the room keys had to be reprogrammed numerous times, the pool was out of order (in June! ). I’ve never left a bad review for a hotel! The breakfast was surprisingly good!

Lol... Every issue we had starting from bug concerns to needing the laundry room... Everything was apparently under renovation. But there was zero signs of renovation anywhere. This is just something they say to brush your concerns under the already existing filth. This was apparently 'family friendly' but I must ask if this chair picture appears to be family friendly. Absolutely repulsive!!!!!!!

We have stayed here from Friday to Sunday, and I wish I could stay at another hotel. the bathtub was not clean. It had water still in it with hair, the bathroom door did not close all the way, they gave us a less than a half a roll total paper when we checked into the room with one towel, the remote to the TV have food on it with the back missing, less than a half a roll total paper when we checked into the room with one towel, the remote to the TV have food on it with the back missing, the Wi-Fi was not working in the rooms, the elevator had dirt on the floor that could’ve been swept but has not. and the room was not properly vacuumed. still has stuff on the floor the pool was under construction the Wi-Fi was not working in the rooms, the pool was under construction they put a paper warning on my car, told me I was parking illegally in the handicap spot, but I have handicap tags, so I do not know what happened there. Then the lady at the front desk told my wife that I had a bad attitude about the paper pit on my car. I would never stay at this hotel. Every time you ask for a manager, no one’s there for you There’s plenty of other hotels that you could stay at that will be gladly accommodate you. This was my worst day stay ever

Room was not cleaned very well. Someones clothes were in the closet, the sink in the bath room filled up and drained real slow even without the stopper that should jave been in the sink. The toilet seat was only attached on one side and one had to be real careful he/ing on and off. No hot water. Only 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel in the room. Front desk did not have any more to give us. Probably should not rate it above so so.

WiFi did not work at all for me to complete work. Which property said room comes with internet. No accommodations were made. No phones in the room. When towels or tissue or room items were needed I had to go to front desk. Staff was not at front desk majority of the time, was told to ring the bell and wait for service. Other staff employees were wondering in and out of rooms located next to my room
