Thank you for providing feedback about your stay. When using third party booking sites, you do not receive the best discounts as when booking on the brand website. Rewards members also do not receive the benefits normally given when booking direct.

I was here for a business trip and this location was central to every place that I wanted to go and every restaurant and store wanted to visit. I was very pleased with how friendly all of the staff was ALL THE TIME. The welcome sign over the coffee station and the cookies were a nice added touch to make everyone feel invited. I especially enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious as well as server who wrote sweet messages on the bananas. I wish I could have stayed longer, because everything was meticulously maintained and beautiful.

This was perfect for an overnight stay on our way to vacation. Kids got to sleep, burn off energy and adults were able to get a break driving.

We had some issues with our room. The smoke alarm was beeping at 2am and the window frame was leaking water from the frame and puddling on the AC unit. We used a towel to stop the drip noise but the entire window needs fixed. Regardless of these two issues that caused us to have a non-restful night, the staff were AMAZING. Felicia at the front desk was polite, listened to my concerns. The hotel was ok, but the staff deserve recognition with their superior customer service. Also, the breakfast was good and kind staff as well. A variety of foods for our family of 4 (pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yogurt options, milk, juices, coffee...all the things you expect!).

Our stay was great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that we put some items from our cooler into the room mini fridge and when we packed up this morning, it was barely cold. We had to throw away a good portion of our road snacks for my daughter.

We stayed at this hotel twice and we were very impressed. The staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. There were many dining options surrounding the hotel. It was very quiet and we appreciated that because we have a little baby. The parking area was well lit and it felt very safe.

Average hotel and very nice staff and yes very well cleaned The keycard function is sketch on many doors And don’t even think about the pull out couch for sleeping unless you are sleeping over with not friends

Hotel is older and was extremely expensive for the room we received. We were put in a handicap room but we did not ask to be put there. We were right next to the elevator and the ice machine. It was never quiet the entire night. For a room that cost 181 before taxes I find that to be unacceptable. The room seemed clean however both

Excellent hotel, but one concern was that the room door keycards did not work twice and we had to go down to the lobby to get reset.
