Room in the centre, by the beach

Pleasant stay. I got spacious room with seaview. It is not new any more but the location by the beach is good. Nice and quiet at night.

Booked because the price was reasonable. Room was big and clean. Cleaning was done without reminder. But bathroom was stinky and molded with broken flush. The food was ok altough repetitive. The location is a big positive at small pier for diving and excursions. The view from the premium room and the beach nice.

The pressure in the shower was wxtremely liw and 5 days out of 7 there was cold only water from the shower. Also poor selection of food (same choises every day). But beda comfy, sheets clean, location and staff fantastic.

You get what you pay for

Overall we had a good time. There are things to improve of course but can’t complain for the price we’ve paid. Special thanks to receptionist Kareem for arranging an early check in after a super tiring flight.

I was charged stuff from the refrigerator and I didn't even open that one so.....not great! The location of the hotel is excellent. Will be back but I will take a photo of the minibar just in case!!

We stayed at this hotel for the New Year , accommodation was a chalet , basic but clean . The beach area is well equipped with sun beds and canopies, possibly may be a bit overcrowded in peak times. daily food options were good with a moderate selection, The New Years gala was absolutely amazing, the staff were working so hard preparing for the event in the run up setting up the pool area , the array of food was out of this world ,like a banquet for a king. Staff were very friendly and wanted to engage in general chit chat , they also appeared to take pride in their jobs , whether they were gardening, cleaning or waitering, visited the on site spa twice , facilities were ok , however the massages were brilliant both times . Hotel is situated on a busy street with plenty of tourists shops, harbour is a short walk and has plenty of restaurants and a nice view. Overall for what we paid we had a nice relaxing break and would revisit but not at peak time.

I like to be honest here, there could have been more stars achieved if things would have been put right. I we t with a friend, we booked two chalets each (I am snoring). My friend got an upgrade next to the beach, even I paid for the rooms. If an upgrade, why only one person, we were also long ways apart. After long discussion, I got a room in the same complex. Room looked clean apart from a pubic hair in the shower unit which didn't disappear from that place the whole stay. My bed was only made by stretching the planet over the bed, underneath there was the still messed up bed linen with the sand on it as I felt when going to bed. So there could be some improvement. But these are minor things as I am holiday. The beach was live let, but was messed up by loud music almost none-stop, loud as in a club! If you come to relax, that's no place to stay, if you come for clubbing, you will be happy! I understand that most beaches have music, but it could be at a volume where people still can have conversations with each other. But what really annoyed me was that I was charged for two water bottles from the minibar, where I didn't touch the minibar at all! I also should have received daily two bottles of water of which one day I didn't receive it at all! When I told reception, they were strict I have to pay for these two bottles even I repeat I got told them that I have not used them! Seems like that reception believes staff more than guests! Otherwise I can't fault that place!

The resort is clean, has beautiful yards and private beach. But I was a little disappointed with my room. We arrived at the resort after midnight, took about 15 minutes to check in, when we finally got to our room and use the bathroom, no toilet paper, wanted to take a shower, no towels. Walk back to the reception and ask for, they said someone will bring them over. But didn’t happen.

I would say a 3* hotel, unless they upgrade it

The hotel atmosphere and location was vary good. Staffs are friendly Room weren't as expected and were very down grated. No toiletries, apart from one liquid soap for for body and one for hand wash. The food was same and vary little choices every day. All the rooms need to be upgraded. The garden and surroundings was beautiful and the beaches was on the door steps and clean Overall the location and surroundings was beautiful, but internals needs to be upgraded for customers to returns back. No Wi-Fi and little connection in reception areas only.

Cheating with payment no Respond to problem

After booking, I get a confirmation from hotels.com, where was written about a payment rules, "Your booking is guaranteed. You will pay the property directly in their local currency" Then I came to resection, they said, they will not take any currency except dollars. I have egiptian bank card, they say, "we don't need national currency". I said, I have no dollars, the answer was : you can go. I've showed them the reservation, and they said : we don't care about it. I was trying to get support from hotels.com, but they didn't answer me

Not what I expected, wouldnt recommend

First of all - This is a kid friendly hotel so I was not surprised by the kids and all the noise. But.. Here is everything else that is not ok.. The hotel is not at shown as the pictures, which I know is typical. But it was in SO bad condition. The water in the shower barely lets water run thru. Often the water is cold (i did complain about this several times). The aircondition makes such a loud noise that it will interrupt your sleep. The card key to the room door doesnt work - every day i needed to go to the reception so they could reset. And also, I requested a double bed which i did not get even tho the hotel was not fully booked. The buffet (all inclusive) was absoloutely HORROR. Such bad food, bad quality. Same food every day! And leftovers from dinner gets thru for many days, guess they dont waste which is good. But same leftovers for 4 - 5 days is no good (and yes i did get sick). Bonus info: somehow, this hotel attracts same kind of people. Meaning: jumps infront of you in line, grabs food with hands/fingers, takes food to sniff and puts back in the buffet. Very rude and uncivilazed kind of behaviour. The staff: they will never leave you alone regarding to selling services. If you are taking a nap at the beach, they will wake you up. If you tell them: no please i dont want anything - they will sit for you long time and try to sell. This was not for me, and i wouldnt come back here.
