"Stayed there twice. The rooms were beautiful and well-kept. Both rooms had a jacuzzi bathtub big enough for two, and one room had a small sauna! Because of the layout you have to be comfortable with your companion as there is no separation between the bath and sleeping areas. Both rooms overlooked the street with glass sliding doors. The staff were excellent and spoke English. Security was good; you had to be buzzed in. Good location. I would stay there again!"

" Great location in Recolleta - centrally located - easy walking distance to parks, museums. Lots of neighborhood cafes within a 10 minute walk. Super clean - the extra space was nice for a longer stay. We booked the city view which we really liked but any room should be great. Staff was amazing! So helpful!"

"The room was good, the service was excellent. The staff were very courteous. However, the room should be provided with an iron box and a common microwave facility to accommodate the customers esp when the hotel is closed for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. "
