"Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. "The refurbishing of this hotel is still in progress, therefore it is a bit noisy as construction starts around 7:30 a.m.. There is presently only one small bar/restaurant available for members and hotel guests for breakfast, lunch/dinner/drinks and it is overcrowded in the morning, and doesn't stay open longer to assist hotel guests (there are some pubs/restaurants nearby). Majority of staff is knowledgeable and helpful."
