"Gorgeous building and really great food with excellent breakfast choices"

"Wow in every aspect. We stayed in the Jane Seymour suite for 2 nights, its a lovely spacious room with tea/coffee making facilities and delicious shortbread biscuits. Milk and bottled water were also provided in the fridge. Plenty of sockets around the room. Bathroom equipped with both shower and roll top bath with plenty of Lewis and Cole toiletries. Storage closet with safe, ironing board and iron, hanging space and shelf with ample space to store suitcases etc. Free parking was superb and there...

"We stayed in a garden room at the hotel, and this was fine for a long weekend's stay and I'd happily use it again. The room was clean and tidy with good furnishings. The en suite bathroom too, was well appointed. There were some tea and coffee making facilities which we made use of and were fine. The location was ideal for us. Easily walkable from the railway station and very close to the river, bridge over the Thames and its associated amenities. It is also within easy walking distance of...

"The staff were great, the rooms were clean and modern, but they are the only positives, don’t really know how it’s a four star hotel? The car park is 100m walk behind the building and doesn’t feel secure in the slightest, I hope building was wrapped in scaffolding, not that this matters because the windows are frosted so you cannot see out of them, but more importantly you have to leave a £50 deposit, as a business traveller who stays in two hotels a week across the UK and Europe, this is the...

"Convenient location across from train station. Quiet rooms are at back of property. Staff person was very hard working and kind, but one person juggling numerous roles is not the best way to run a hotel. The carpet in the lobby was tattered and covered with leaves that had blown in the front door. The carpet in the room was worn and stained. Cupboard doors needed repair. The in-room extras were minimal but fine for 2 nights. Note: breakfast is not included."

"The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated."

"Had a one night stopover, room was spacious and very clean with a super comfy bed. Breakfast next morning was excellent, plenty of choice."

"Great stay with a great host. Thanks for having us."

"This was everything we needed. Good pub. Good food. Great staff. Perfect location for us. We will be back"

"This Hotel is very comfortable and convenient to Terminal 4 and a short tube ride to Terminals 2 and 3. Check in was quick and even though I arrived at 2.15pm( official check in is 3pm) my room was ready. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a mini fridge, coffee machine, bottled water , a safe, ice bucket, bathrobes and slippers and toiletries. The bathroom was very clean with a bath and a separate walk in shower! The bed was very comfy and I was delineate plug points by the bed....
