"Not quite as good as it used to be. Well located and comfortable bed. But the TV was a nightmare to work, didn't seem to follow any logic and stuck on certain channels more than once. The shower I've commented on before, you have to get in and out of the bath and for older people it is a difficult step. There needs to be a grab handle located to assist this. "Check in for this property was at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on the same street. I parked in their car park for 10 minutes to check in. For this I received a parking fine, which unbelievably has been upheld despite my providing the details of my reservation and their own record of my being in the car park for 10 minutes. This is a first for me, being fined by the hotel I am checking into. I was not asked to register my car at check in, no doubt because there was separate parking for the apartment...

"No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"Room was nice and cosy , unfortunately had to leave for work every day to early for breakfast but there were some bits and pieces there if I wanted , plenty of hot water for a bath , bed was nice and comfortable, the only bad thing was someone had been in the room and taken my shampoo and razor the day before I left so could not was my hair or have a shave "

My one note would be that the walls in the bathroom were splattered with something and the wall behind the trash bin was splattered with something. Other than that, the room was very clean.
