"Check in for this property was at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on the same street. I parked in their car park for 10 minutes to check in. For this I received a parking fine, which unbelievably has been upheld despite my providing the details of my reservation and their own record of my being in the car park for 10 minutes. This is a first for me, being fined by the hotel I am checking into. I was not asked to register my car at check in, no doubt because there was separate parking for the apartment...

"No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"Room was nice and cosy , unfortunately had to leave for work every day to early for breakfast but there were some bits and pieces there if I wanted , plenty of hot water for a bath , bed was nice and comfortable, the only bad thing was someone had been in the room and taken my shampoo and razor the day before I left so could not was my hair or have a shave "

"The property was in a great location. Loved the restaurant / bar in the ground floor. The room I had was very spacious. My one note would be that the walls in the bathroom were splattered with something and the wall behind the trash bin was splattered with something. Other than that, the room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Twickenham."

Ik heb een aantal keer gebruik gemaakt van het binnen zwembad ( in een ander gebouw, tegenover het hotel) Daar kun je ook gebruik maken van de sauna en steam room. Helaas waren er veel renovatie werkzaamheden aan de gang. Hierdoor waren het restaurant en bar gesloten. Ook was de laatste twee dagen de receptie gesloten en een tijdelijke receptie gecreëerd. Wat in en uitlopen wat minder handig maakte. De ligging is leuk, mooie groene...

"Our family suite smelled very badly of old water damage/mold. The carpet was damp along the wall and on one side of the bed. Unfortunate because otherwise, we really liked the property."

"Lovely hotel nestled in a very quiet location right next to Richmond Park, with easy access to Isabella plantation. We really enjoyed our stay here, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms in good condition with recently renovated bathrooms. Only small comment is regarding the poolside changing rooms which are really in need or renovating. "
