"Not quite as good as it used to be. Well located and comfortable bed. But the TV was a nightmare to work, didn't seem to follow any logic and stuck on certain channels more than once. The shower I've commented on before, you have to get in and out of the bath and for older people it is a difficult step. There needs to be a grab handle located to assist this. "The property is in a poor state, the outside doors to the block don’t lock properly, the car park is restricted as they have placed very large storage units in it and there is a lot of litter in the car park.
