"The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do. "The refurbishing of this hotel is still in progress, therefore it is a bit noisy as construction starts around 7:30 a.m.. There is presently only one small bar/restaurant available for members and hotel guests for breakfast, lunch/dinner/drinks and it is overcrowded in the morning, and doesn't stay open longer to assist hotel guests (there are some pubs/restaurants nearby). Majority of staff is knowledgeable and helpful."

"No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. "Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. "Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast!
