"The room was smaller than we anticipated which is not the fault of Peakhurst, just noting. When we arrived there was not a clear location to check in. It was only 730pm and were told in the contact information that it would still be open for check in. We went to the restaurant to ask and they contacted someone to come open up the check in location. There was trivia happening in the restaurant so no parking availability. The elevator wasn’t working so we had to lug heavy baggage up several...

"The room I was originally in had no tv remote and aircon wasn't cooling. Queen bed was comfier, single bed hard and has large holes in the end of base. Then I was upgraded to another room. When enquired about aircon, overnight staff assisted well. Staff were lovely and helpful. "

"Super close to the Riverwood Railway Station making it easy to travel via train to/from the airport."

"Staff were friendly, check in was easy. Room was absolute bare minimum and quite old - not even a box of tissues supplied, but basic amenities provided. Rooms are not new or modern, but clean enough. "

"Have had 4 weekends stays here since Xmas and have always been happy for the money paid. I've twice had minor problems with a blocked sink, but I've always had A/C's that worked well, fridges that worked well and froze water and very clean rooms. Rare features in budget hotels these days. And the hotel and grounds are always clean and tidy. "

"The hotel is 15 min drive, not 3 like is advertised. The rooms are very, very small but clean. The problem is the extreme noise from the street, thin walls between the rooms and constant noise from running bathroom water. Difficult to sleep. "

"restroom/toilet shower is outside the room and no one to man front desk or answer emergency phone. woke up at 3am to use toilet and forgot my key inside room..was locked out till 9am next day...same thing happened to another guest who missed her 6am flight.called police, they came but also failed to get hold of person incharge and could not help..nor the fire brigade...master keys could not open the rooms"

"The check-in process and staff were very friendly and helpful. While i knew it was just a room and a shared bathroom. Both were kept clean and in good condition. Had fresh towels everyday. The only downfall is that depending on the room you have. There is a window that is not covered and has a bright ledlight shining into the room. So its never fully dark for you to sleep. But that didn't really bother us. "
